The Distinguished Toastmaster award is the highest honor given to a member by the Toastmasters International. The award makes Dr Vikram Venkateswaran one of the most respected serving members of Toastmasters International in India and one of the few in Bangalore with that certification.

In 2014 ‘Source for Consulting” a Europe and Middle East based research firm named IBM as a leader in the area of Thought Leadership. This is primarily due to the work done by the IBV both in terms of originality in research and also the impact it produces.

The IBM IBV Global Excellence Award is the highest honor given by the IBV to IBMers who have worked towards excellence in thought leadership creation and marketing. Dr Vikram Venkateswaran was awarded this honor for his contribution towards taking the IBV thought leadership in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industries.
